Kelly Source has had a really interesting transformation! Originally the site started out as DESTINED. It was my first fan-site ever. It was an interesting experience, when you first make a fan-site you don't necessarily know what you need to provide. I think the original Destined had no pictures or media. Now we've learned and have added a lot more than what was on Destined. Destined was hosted by a great friend of mine Vinny. Everyone knows Vinny he's owned sites like Beyonceweb.com, Funk-n-soul.com, Digital-groove.net and many others! Destined closed when Funk-n-soul did and we honestly weren't sure what to do with the site. When Kelly's second album was coming out I knew it was time to reopen Destined. I heard from a good friend that Eric from fanwired.com was a great host and so I asked for him to host the site for me and he accepted and even offered me a domain! It was nice but of course Eric suddenly disappeared and I was forced to move and restart Kelly Source. Gertie from Fan-sites.org was kind enough to offer me hosting! She's super and I couldn't be happier with the new Kelly source.org! We've evolved the site completely. It's gone from a little over 200 pictures to over 1000 pictures. We've basically switched the entire site around and we hope everyone who loves kelly loves this site as well!

During May 2008 after Kevin being inactive on Kelly Source for over three months I, Melissa, adopted Kelly Source and re-opened completely updated with new features and better than ever! Kelly Souce has seen some older features leave and newer features such as the KellySource Message Board (KSMB) and media central added.

For some reason the site got up on the adoption list and we decided to take over. We knew eachother for a few years and because Lara wanted it but was very new in fansites world, we decided to take it on together. We started making the site to our likings by adding tons of captures to the gallery and continue with the huge Media Section, which needed some work.
