The Daytona 500 is the Super Bowl of racing and NASCAR likes to treat it as such by loading up the pre-race show with celebrities.The first star has signed on, the first American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson.The two-time grammy winner said Wednesday she’ll headline the Nextel Tribute to America that precedes the start of the Great American Race.The speedway is being tight-lipped about the list of celebrities and are not confirming the report.Clarkson was the grand marshal for a race last year at California Speedway.
