Kelly Clarkson will be performing at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards! This will be her first live performance of her new upcoming single ” Darkside ” The show will be on May 20th on the channel ABC

So I discovered some surprising news today. I had a sudden urge to want to track down the original layouts to the site which predate the versions I had on here. I did so successfully and you can check out all the first looks here. While I was doing this through archive.org, I discovered that KCS opened back on November 16, 2004. The date I had was the move from Kevin’s old host to fan-sites.org. See Kelly Source used to kellysource.com, this I always knew so naturally I searched that domain at archive.org first and that’s how I discovered this. This makes me so happy since I actually missed our supposed birthday this year so I’ll make sure I don’t miss it in November.

So the official word: Kelly Clarkson source is 7 turning 8 November 16 this year!

Kelly Clarkson confirmed as first Capital Summertime Ball act

Kelly Clarkson is the first artist to be confirmed for this year’s Capital Summertime Ball.

The US star will perform at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 9 as part of the annual music event.

Further acts are expected to be announced tomorrow (April 21), with tickets to be released on Monday April 23 from 8am.

Speaking about this year’s show, Capital Breakfast Show presenter Dave Berry said: “As if presenting to a packed Wembley wasn’t enough to get me going, I’ve now heard the genuinely amazing lineup for this year’s show.

“I’ve been sworn to secrecy by Capital, but I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to keep it quiet on air.”

Last year’s show saw performances from Jennifer Lopez, Cee Lo Green, Ne-Yo, The Wanted, Nicole Scherzinger and Enrique Iglesias.

So I have made a executive decision about the covers. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, the covers are Kelly singing songs fans have voted for by other artists and she performs them on tour at each concert. So my decision is this, since there are so many at the end of the Stronger Tour you can all comment in to vote for your favourites, I’ll then pick 20 or less with the most votes then I will post a poll, the 10 with the most votes when the poll closes will be added to the media archive. Sound OK, I’d put them all but they aren’t HQ videos and I really would like to keep the archive as HQ as possible.
