The original American Idol herself, Kelly Clarkson, divulged details on her website about her third upcoming album entitled, My December. One of the guest musicians on the record will include Mike Watt, a punk rock legend better known for his involvement with Iggy Pop and the Stooges. He contributed bass to six songs on the Clarkson’s new disc. Some of the possible new material was performed during her Addicted tour last year including the songs “Yeah” and “Maybe”. The album is finished, but a release date is not in sight as of yet. The album is slated to hit record store shelves sometime this year.
